Today is my birthday. Hubby and I celebrated with a wonderful weekend in Victoria. The weather was pretty typical. Sun, rain, wind, repeat. Sometimes it was all three at the same time. We even had a rainbow follow us home.
I realize now it didn't really matter what I packed. I spent most of the weekend looking like this:

DeleteI'm with you on the variety of coats thing. I bought the "perfect" coat yesterday, only to find I was too warm in it while out walking today. Poop. I'm beginning to think I need remedial shopping lessons.
Happy, happy birthday Laurie! Guess where I was this weekend? Yup, Victoria. Funny, I popped my head into a hat store on Government, thinking I might catch a glimpse of Sheila...but no such luck. It sounds as though you had a super weekend!

DeleteI got the hat at Target. In the men's department. I have a big, giant head and the women's hats at target are far too dainty for me.
