Help! I've savasana-ed and I don't want to get up!
That was me this morning after completing yogaSheron's newest YouTube offering. It's a 13 minute guided relaxation which I tried for the first time after this class from Yoga Download. Sheron's savasana was exactly what I needed to release the last few knots in my neck and upper back.
Though I did the session as part of a larger practice, I can see using it on its own as a beautiful way to ease tension. It would be a wonderful gateway to a restorative nap.
Sheron now has 4 videos on her YouTube channel, and, as I wrote this, our local recreation centre posted another of her classes. I know what I'll be doing tomorrow morning!
